Stat. tit. 74, § 74-324.1","heading":"State Fire Marshal Commission - Membership - Tenure","body":"There is hereby re-created the State Fire Marshal Commission,\n\nwhich shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the Governor.\n\nThe Governor shall appoint initially one member who shall serve for\n\na term of five (5) years, one member from a statewide association of\n\ncareer and volunteer firefighters who shall serve for a term of four\n\n(4) years, one member from a statewide association of municipalities\n\nwho shall serve for a term of three (3) years, one member from a\n\nstatewide association of Fire Chiefs, both career and volunteer, who\n\nshall serve for a term of two (2) years, one member who shall be a\n\nFire Investigator who shall serve for a term of one (1) year, one\n\nmember representing a statewide association of electrical workers\n\nwho shall serve a term of one (1) year, and one member representing\n\na statewide organization of exclusively professional firefighters\n\nwho shall serve a term of two (2) years.
