Advise, assist and coordinate with the State Emergency\n\nManagement Director in the development of Emergency Management\n\nplans;\n\n2. Assist any city, town or county in the enforcement of\n\nthe Codes herein adopted upon the request of the officials\n\nthereof; and\n\n3.
