Stat. tit. 74, § 74-324.19","heading":"Violations – Penalties - Hearings","body":"Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, organization, city,\n\ntown, school district, county or other subdivision of government who\n\nfails to comply with the provisions of Section 324.11 of this title\n\nor any lawful order of the State Fire Marshal shall be subject to\n\npayment of a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)\n\nfor each day's failure to comply; provided, that any person or\n\nentity described above who is fined shall have the right to a\n\nhearing before the State Fire Marshal that complies with the rules\n\npromulgated by the State Fire Marshal Commission. The hearing\n\nrequest shall be submitted in writing to the State Fire Marshal\n\nwithin ten (10) days of the fine notice. After the hearing, the\n\nState Fire Marshal shall issue a proposed order containing findings\n\nof fact and conclusions of law, which shall be sent to the appellant\n\nupon issuance. The proposed order shall also be presented to the\n\nState Fire Marshal Commission at a public meeting scheduled at least\n\nten (10) days after the issuance of the proposed order, with notice\n\nthereof provided to the appellant. The State Fire Marshal\n\nCommission may adopt, modify, or deny, in whole or in part, the\n\nproposed order of the State Fire Marshal. The Commission shall\n\nissue a final order containing findings of fact and conclusions of\n\nlaw and give notice to the parties involved. Any party aggrieved by\n\nthe final order of the State Fire Marshal Commission may appeal to\n\nthe district court of the county in which the property is located.\n\nThis hearing process supersedes any hearing or appeal section in the\n\nbuilding codes adopted by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code\n\nCommission.
