Stat. tit. 74, § 74-324.20b","heading":"State Fire Marshal Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Fire Marshal to be designated the \"State Fire Marshal\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of monies received\n\nfrom the sale of surplus property, fees and receipts collected\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, fines, forfeitures, fees,\n\ncharges, receipts, donations, gifts, bequests, contributions,\n\ndevises, interagency reimbursements, federal funds unless otherwise\n\nprovided by federal law or regulation, or any other source. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Fire Marshal for\n\nauthorized purposes.
