Stat. tit. 74, § 74-324.5","heading":"Office of State Fire Marshal agents","body":"Office of State Fire Marshal agents shall be appointed by and\n\nsubject to the supervision and control of the State Fire Marshal or\n\ndesignee. All agents are employees of the State of Oklahoma and\n\nsubject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Merit System of Personnel\n\nAdministration. All agents shall be required to obtain and maintain\n\npeace officer certification from the Council on Law Enforcement\n\nEducation and Training and must have or be able to obtain a valid\n\nOklahoma driver license and be citizens of the United States.
