Oklahoma State University Fire Service Training in\n\nconjunction with the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security and the\n\nState Fire Marshal Commission shall develop a program to educate\n\nfirefighters on a unified command protocol for emergency incidents\n\noccurring in this state. This program shall be offered statewide by\n\nOklahoma State University Fire Service Training. Methods of\n\ntraining may include, but are not limited to:\n\n1. Live classroom sessions with approved instructors;\n\n2. Live exercises and drills with approved instructors;\n\n3. Interactive television;\n\n4. Independent study; and\n\n5. Web-based methods.\n\nB. The training program shall be in compliance with the\n\nNational Incident Management System (NIMS) and shall include\n\nprovisions consistent with the National Fire Protection Association\n\ntraining courses.\n\nC. The program shall have curriculum and training materials\n\nthat are consistently utilized by all training providers at all\n\ntraining locations.\n\nD. Subject to funding, these programs shall be offered at\n\nfacilities approved by Oklahoma State University Fire Service\n\nTraining and shall include, but not be limited to, other\n\ninstitutions of higher education, technology center school\n\nfacilities, local fire departments and other qualified entities.\n\nE.
