Stat. tit. 74, § 74-325.4","heading":"Firefighter Training Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the State Fire Marshal to be designated the\n\n\"Firefighter Training Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies received by the Office of the State Fire Marshal\n\nfrom the General Revenue Fund or any source pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of any law or agreement. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Office of the State Fire Marshal for payment of the\n\nfirefighter training programs through Oklahoma State University Fire\n\nService Training.
