Stat. tit. 74, § 74-326.5","heading":"“FSC” mark – Provision of certification copies to","body":"wholesalers and agents - Inspection.\n\nCigarettes that are certified by a manufacturer in accordance\n\nwith Section 4 of this act shall be marked with the letters \"FSC\",\n\nwhich signify Fire Standards Compliant, appearing in eight-point\n\ntype or larger and permanently printed, stamped, engraved or\n\nembossed on the package at or near the UPC Code. Manufacturers\n\ncertifying cigarettes in accordance with Section 4 of this act shall\n\nprovide a copy of the certifications to all wholesale dealers and\n\nagents to which they sell cigarettes.
