Stat. tit. 74, § 74-326.8","heading":"Examination of documents","body":"\n\nTo enforce the provisions of this act, the Attorney General, the\n\nTax Commission and the State Fire Marshal, their duly authorized\n\nrepresentatives and other law enforcement personnel are hereby\n\nauthorized to examine the books, papers, invoices and other records\n\nof any person in possession, control or occupancy of any premises\n\nwhere cigarettes are placed, stored, sold or offered for sale, as\n\nwell as the stock of cigarettes on the premises.
