Stat. tit. 74, § 74-326.9","heading":"Cigarette Fire Safety Standard and Firefighter","body":"Protection Act Fund.\n\nThere is hereby established in the State Treasury a special fund\n\nto be known as the “Cigarette Fire Safety Standard and Firefighter\n\nProtection Act Fund”. The fund shall consist of all monies\n\nrecovered as penalties under Section 6 of this act.
