Stat. tit. 74, § 74-357.4","heading":"Transfer to United States as National Monument or","body":"National Military Park.\n\nThe Oklahoma Historical Society shall have power and authority\n\nto transfer and convey Fort Gibson Military Park, or any part\n\nthereof, to the United States of America or to any of its duly\n\nauthorized agencies for the purpose of the designation, maintenance,\n\nand operation of said military park as a National Monument or a\n\nNational Military Park.
