Stat. tit. 74, § 74-360.19","heading":"Employment of security personnel","body":"Whether or not governing boards establish campus police\n\ndepartments pursuant to the Oklahoma Campus Security Act, nothing in\n\nthis act shall be construed as prohibiting governing boards from:\n\n1. Employing personnel licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nSecurity Guard and Private Investigator Act, Section 1750.1 et seq.\n\nof Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes to be employed as campus\n\nsecurity;\n\n2. Contracting with municipalities to authorize their local\n\nmunicipal police department, or with sheriffs departments, or with\n\nretired commissioned police officers to provide security services;\n\nor\n\n3.
