Stat. tit. 74, § 74-360.20","heading":"Municipal and county sheriff departments -","body":"Jurisdictional agreements.\n\nMunicipalities and county sheriff departments having overlapping\n\nor concurrent jurisdiction with a proposed campus police department,\n\nmay enter into agreements with the proposed campus police department\n\nrecognizing jurisdictional boundaries and providing for mutual\n\nassistance. Any such agreements shall be executed by the governing\n\nboards of the educational institution or airport public trust and\n\nthe governing body of the municipality or sheriff, and shall not\n\nserve to prevent other law enforcement agencies from having\n\nconcurrent or overlapping jurisdiction.
