Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3602","heading":"Reports","body":"The following agencies, boards, commissions, departments and\n\ninstitutions shall file a quarterly report with the Governor, the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate, showing the increase or decrease in employees\n\nemployed by them during the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the\n\nfiling of the report:\n\n1. Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education;\n\n2. Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges; and\n\n3.
