There is hereby re-created, the Contingency Review Board\n\nconsisting of the following ex officio voting members:\n\n1. The Governor;\n\n2. The Speaker of the House of Representatives;\n\n3. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate; and\n\n4. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall be an ex officio nonvoting member of the Board.\n\nB. The Governor shall act as Chair of the Board. The Director\n\nof the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be the\n\nExecutive Secretary of the Board and shall perform all the duties\n\npertaining to such position.\n\nC. A simple majority of the total voting membership shall be\n\nrequired to constitute a quorum and shall be necessary for any\n\nofficial action of the Board.\n\nD. The Board shall hold such meetings as are necessary to carry\n\nout the purposes of this act.
