Stat. tit. 74, § 74-372","heading":"Deposits with State Treasurer by city treasurer","body":"The State Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma shall receive and\n\naccept any surplus funds or monies offered for deposit with him by\n\nan official voucher drawn by any city treasurer of any city of the\n\nState of Oklahoma. Said Treasurer in accepting said funds shall act\n\nas a depository for the same. Said funds so deposited may be\n\nwithdrawn by an official transfer voucher on drafts drawn against\n\nsaid account by the city treasurer depositing same, said drafts to\n\nbe countersigned by the city clerk of said city, and any interest\n\nearned by said deposit shall be credited to said account.
