The Office of the State Bond Advisor is hereby consolidated\n\ninto the Office of the State Treasurer.\n\nB. Any funds appropriated to, in the possession of, or\n\nallocated to the Office of the State Bond Advisor shall be deemed to\n\nbe funds of and shall be transferred to the Office of the State\n\nTreasurer.\n\nC. All books, papers, records, property, functions, powers,\n\nduties and obligations of the Office of the State Bond Advisor are\n\nhereby transferred to the Office of the State Treasurer.\n\nD. All personnel of the Office of the State Bond Advisor are\n\nhereby transferred to the Office of the State Treasurer.\n\nE.
