All orders, determinations, rules, regulations, permits,\n\ncertificates, licenses, contracts, rates and privileges which have\n\nbeen issued, made, granted or allowed to become effective by a\n\nstatutory entity abolished by this act or by any provision of law\n\naffected by this act, shall continue in effect according to their\n\nterms until terminated or modified by operation of law.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this act any revenue\n\nbonds heretofore or hereafter issued or sold by a statutory entity\n\nshall remain in full force and effect, and no such statutory entity\n\nshall be terminated under the terms of this act until such\n\noutstanding revenue bonded indebtedness has been satisfied.\n\nC. No suit, action or other judicial proceeding lawfully\n\ncommenced by or against any officer or agency in his or its official\n\ncapacity, or in relation to the exercise of his or its official\n\nfunctions, shall abate by reason of the taking effect of any\n\nprovision of this act, but the court, unless it determines that the\n\nsurvival of such suit, action or other proceedings is not necessary\n\nfor purposes of settlement of the questions involved, shall allow\n\nthe same to be maintained, with such substitutions as to parties as\n\nare appropriate.\n\nD. No administrative action or any judicial proceeding lawfully\n\ncommenced shall abate solely by reason of the taking effect of any\n\nprovision of this act.
