Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3920","heading":"Status and compensation of employees of terminated","body":"statutory entity.\n\nAll persons employed by any statutory entity which has been\n\nterminated by operation of the Oklahoma Sunset Law, but has been re-\n\ncreated within one (1) year after the final termination date shall\n\nbe deemed employees of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for not more than one (1) year after such final termination\n\ndate. Salaries and benefits of such employees shall continue from\n\nthe final termination date until the effective date re-creating the\n\nstatutory entity, and shall be paid from the funds of the re-created\n\nstatutory entity as soon as available. For the purpose of this\n\nsection \"final termination date\" shall mean the date on which a\n\nstatutory entity's powers, duties and functions are to be abolished\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law.\n\nAfter the effective date of the act re-creating the statutory\n\nentity the employees shall resume their positions with the entities\n\nthey were employed by on the final termination date.\n\nThe provisions of this section shall have prospective and\n\nretrospective application.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"48427cf52eb0a4a0683e812fc6cd9dde03ffdf7ae802ea10aba6d5b15e7b6f76","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3918","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3921"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
