Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4105","heading":"Capitol Architect and Curator - Duties - Compensation","body":"There is hereby established the position of the Capitol\n\nArchitect and Curator who shall:\n\n1. Develop the technical plans and programs for consideration\n\nby the State Capitol Preservation Commission and the Long-Range\n\nCapital Planning Commission with regard to restoration, renovation,\n\nand preservation of the Capitol and the Governor's Mansion;\n\n2. Develop and enforce standards adopted for acquisition and\n\ndisplay of works of art in and surrounding the Capitol and the\n\nGovernor's Mansion;\n\n3. Coordinate space demands of the various agencies in the\n\nCapitol and the Governor's Mansion;\n\n4. Maintain a record of all structural and decor changes made\n\nin the Capitol and the Governor's Mansion; and\n\n5. Make recommendations to the State Capitol Preservation\n\nCommission of necessary action on proposed modifications in decor or\n\ndesign to ensure preservation and maintenance of the cultural and\n\nhistoric integrity of the Capitol and the Governor's Mansion.\n\nThe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nmay contract for the services of a Capitol Architect and Curator or\n\nemploy such an individual on either a full- or part-time basis.\n\nCompensation for the position will be in accord with similar\n\nprofessional positions in state government.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9980053a0c2a7655d4e6745a9093115bee99ff68bf801b947d443dc8696b69b5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-4104","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-4106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
