Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4109","heading":"State Capitol Building and Governor's Mansion restoration","body":"and preservation projects - Competitive bidding exemption.\n\nBy the order of the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, restoration and preservation projects of the\n\nState Capitol Building or of the Governor's Mansion may be exempted\n\nfrom the provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974,\n\nSection 101 et seq. of Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
