This section shall be known and may be cited as the \"Bill of\n\nRights Monument Display Act\".\n\nB. The State Capitol Preservation Commission or designee is\n\nhereby authorized to permit and arrange for the placement on the\n\nState Capitol grounds of a suitable monument displaying the first\n\nten amendments to the Constitution of the United States, commonly\n\nreferred to as the Bill of Rights. This monument shall be designed,\n\nconstructed, and placed on the State Capitol grounds by private\n\nentities at no expense to the state.
