Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4115A","heading":"Longevity awards","body":"Pursuant to rules promulgated by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, state employees shall be recognized for their\n\nlength of service to the state. Recognition shall consist of\n\ncertificates and lapel pins. The longevity award shall be made at\n\nfive-year intervals during the month following the anniversary date\n\nof the employee to recognize years of service as defined in Section\n\n840-2.18 of this title.
