The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is authorized to approve and administer child care centers\n\nfor minor dependents of state employees, and may provide\n\nconsultation to state agencies regarding child care centers.\n\nB. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services, the\n\nDepartment of Human Services, and the Oklahoma State Department of\n\nHealth are directed to assist the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services in the implementation of Sections\n\n4190 through 4192 of this title.\n\nC. The Director is authorized to promulgate any rules necessary\n\nfor the establishment and implementation of Sections 4190 through\n\n4192 of this title.\n\nD. Licensed spaces in the child care centers shall be open to\n\nall eligible children, including those individuals not employed by\n\nthe State of Oklahoma and those financially eligible for Department\n\nof Human Services child care assistance. However, minor dependents\n\nof state employees shall be given highest priority and children\n\nfinancially eligible for Department of Human Services child care\n\nassistance second priority for all vacant spaces.\n\nE.
