Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4192","heading":"Child Care Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Child Care Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, from appropriations or fees. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for the purpose of establishing and administering child\n\ncare centers.
