Any person who knowingly and willfully violates any\n\nprovision of Sections 4249 through this section of this title\n\ncommits a misdemeanor. Nothing in Sections 4249 through this\n\nsection of this title relieves a person of criminal responsibility\n\nunder the laws of this state relating to perjury.\n\nB. Any person who knowingly and willfully violates any\n\nprovision of Sections 4249 through this section of this title a\n\nthird and subsequent time, in addition to any other penalties\n\nprovided herein, shall be prohibited from further lobbying for a\n\nperiod of five (5) years.
