There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Ethics Commission to be designated the \"Ethics\n\nCommission Fund\". The Ethics Commission Fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and deposits to the\n\nfund shall consist of the first One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($150,000.00) of fees received by the Commission each fiscal year.\n\nFees collected each fiscal year in excess of One Hundred Fifty\n\nThousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be placed to the credit of the\n\nEthics Commission Online Filing Revolving Fund created pursuant to\n\nSection 2 of this act.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the Ethics Commission\n\nFund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCommission for any expenses incurred in the implementation of its\n\nduties as provided by law.
