Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4258.1","heading":"Political subdivisions enforcement fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Ethics Commission to be designated the \"Political\n\nSubdivisions Enforcement Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall funds appropriated by the Legislature to the fund and all late\n\nfiling fees, fines from settlement agreements and fines assessed by\n\nthe District Court for violations of the County Campaign Finance and\n\nFinancial Disclosure Act, the Municipal Campaign Finance and\n\nFinancial Disclosure Act, and the Technology Center District and\n\nIndependent School District Campaign Finance and Financial\n\nDisclosure Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCommission for any expenses incurred by the Political Subdivisions\n\nEnforcement Division. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment. No later than January\n\n31, 2016, and every year thereafter, the State Treasurer shall\n\ntransfer to the General Revenue Fund of the state any monies in the\n\nfund in excess of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00).\n\nIf at any time the amount of money in the fund is less than One\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), the Executive Director of\n\nthe Commission may order that there be no further enforcement by the\n\nPolitical Subdivisions Enforcement Division until the amount of\n\nmoney in the fund is more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($100,000.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"839a88a57f4a613739323162ea9ba6d7103d133066f3c63b6d1224b78cad16b9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-4258","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-4258.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
