There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Ethics Commission to be designated the \"Ethics\n\nCommission Online Filing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\ndeposits to the fund shall consist of the first Two Hundred Thousand\n\nDollars ($200,000.00) of monies designated for deposit to the fund\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 4258 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes each fiscal year and all monies appropriated to\n\nthe fund pursuant to an act of the Legislature.\n\nB. Monies designated for deposit to the fund in excess of Two\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) each fiscal year shall be\n\nplaced to the credit of the General Revenue Fund. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Commission for the purpose of:\n\n1. Developing, maintaining and administering the Commission's\n\nonline filing system; and\n\n2.
