Stat. tit. 74, § 74-4258.3","heading":"Ethics Commission Electronic Filing System Replacement","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Ethics Commission to be designated the “Ethics Commission\n\nElectronic Filing System Replacement Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Ethics Commission from\n\nlegislative appropriations provided for the purpose of replacing the\n\nEthics Commission’s electronic filing system. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Ethics Commission for the purpose\n\nprovided for in this section.
