The State Legislative Council, the Executive Committee, and\n\nall standing and special committees thereof are hereby abolished.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in this section, all powers, duties,\n\nresponsibilities, property, assets, and liabilities administered by\n\nthe State Legislative Council for the benefit of the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature shall be transferred to either the Senate or the House\n\nof Representatives as determined by the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives acting\n\njointly.\n\nB.
