The Legislative Fiscal Office and Joint Bill Processing\n\nDepartment are hereby abolished.\n\nB. There is hereby created the Legislative Service Bureau which\n\nshall serve both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate shall employ a Director of the Legislative\n\nService Bureau, who shall employ such personnel as necessary to\n\nimplement the responsibilities imposed upon the Bureau by the\n\nLegislature by concurrent resolution.\n\nC. 1. The Legislative Service Bureau shall be responsible for\n\nsuch services as directed by the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate; and any\n\narea of production of proposed legislation as directed by the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives and President Pro Tempore of\n\nthe Senate.\n\n2. The Legislative Service Bureau shall be a clearinghouse for\n\nthe Legislature for all budgetary forms, research reports and\n\ninformation.\n\n3.
