Upon the completion of the audit report, the agency shall\n\ndeliver two copies of the audit report to the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives and two copies of the audit report to the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate.\n\nB. 1. Upon receipt of any audit report, the Speaker of the\n\nHouse of Representatives shall submit one copy of the audit report\n\nto the Chairman of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee, or\n\nsuccessor committee. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall\n\nsubmit one copy of the audit report to the Chairman of the Senate\n\nAppropriations Committee, or successor committee. The Speaker of\n\nthe House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate shall each send a copy of the audit report to the appropriate\n\nstanding committee of the respective body having oversight of the\n\nagency submitting the audit report.\n\n2. Each committee shall review the audit report.\n\nC. 1. The members of the legislative committee or any other\n\nmember of the Legislature reviewing the audit report shall have\n\naccess to all documents and working papers and any agency documents\n\nand records relating to the audit unless specifically precluded by\n\nstate or federal law.\n\n2. Any contract or agreement with an auditor to perform an\n\naudit authorized or required by state or federal law or rule shall\n\ncontain a provision informing the auditor that all documents,\n\nworking papers and records relating to the audit shall be made\n\navailable for inspection, upon request, to the legislative committee\n\nor to any other member of the Legislature reviewing the final audit\n\nreport unless specifically precluded by state or federal law.\n\nD.
