Each agency body responsible, pursuant to law, for governing\n\nand administering an agency shall review each audit report submitted\n\nto the Legislature pursuant to Section 4 of this act and shall\n\nsubmit a written agency response regarding the audit pursuant to\n\nthis section.\n\nB. The written agency response shall include:\n\n1. The name and address of the agency;\n\n2. Identification of the audit performed and the name of the\n\nauditor;\n\n3. Any changes implemented or changes proposed to an agency\n\nprogram, financial operation, management process or other agency\n\noperation as a result of the audit;\n\n4. A plan of action for achieving any recommendation of the\n\nauditor;\n\n5. A statement for each recommendation in the audit report\n\nexplaining the reasons for not implementing such recommendation\n\nincluding, but not limited to, need for statutory changes to\n\nimplement additional costs or a showing that the recommended change\n\nwould not be a cost benefit to the agency or the state; and\n\n6. Any other information requested by the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives or by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate or\n\nby a standing committee reviewing the audit.\n\nC.
