The Legislative Service Bureau is authorized and directed to\n\nenter into a contract with a person or firm for the purposes of\n\nperforming the services and duties of the Legislative Actuary as\n\nprovided for in the Oklahoma Pension Legislation Actuarial Analysis\n\nAct.\n\nB. The person or firm who shall perform the duties of the\n\nLegislative Actuary shall:\n\n1. Be a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, an\n\nAssociate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or an enrolled\n\nactuary; and\n\n2.
