Stat. tit. 74, § 74-452.4","heading":"Performance post audits","body":"The Legislative Service Bureau is authorized and directed, in\n\naddition to other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned\n\nto it, to conduct or cause to be conducted pursuant to a contract a\n\ncontinuing program of performance post audits of any or all state\n\nagencies, departments, commissions, offices, authorities and all\n\nother entities of the state government, or any function thereof,\n\nreceiving state-appropriated funds, cash funds, federal funds or any\n\nother funds derived under the authority or by virtue of law. For\n\nthe purpose of this section, \"performance post audit\" means an\n\nexamination of the effectiveness of administration and its\n\nefficiency and adequacy in terms of the program of a state agency,\n\nauthorized by law to be performed, and the conformance of\n\nexpenditures with legislative intent in the appropriation of funds.\n\nAudits conducted shall include an analysis of the operation of all\n\nagencies of state government with special regard to their activities\n\nand the duplication of efforts between agencies and the quality of\n\nservice being rendered.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8ac6148dd57007d87d1d011c2c91d600b32ce3704980f5a2ffece200385698c4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-452.15","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-452.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
