Stat. tit. 74, § 74-464","heading":"Electronic filing required","body":"Whenever any provision of law directs that a report,\n\nadministrative rule, budget work program, budget request, or any\n\nother document be filed with the Governor, President Pro Tempore of\n\nthe Senate or the Speaker of the House of Representatives, such\n\ndocuments shall be filed electronically, except as otherwise\n\nprovided in this section. The Governor, President Pro Tempore of\n\nthe Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives shall each\n\ncreate or cause to be created on the official websites for the\n\nGovernor, Senate and House of Representatives, respectively, a\n\nmechanism for such filings to be made, with an electronic return\n\nreceipt provided to the person making the filing.
