Stat. tit. 74, § 74-473","heading":"Holding other office - Honorary members - No compensation","body":"- Expenses.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the holding of other\n\noffice or employment under the government of this state or of the\n\nUnited States shall not be inconsistent with service on said\n\nadvisory committee. Citizens of this state who are accredited by\n\nthe National Conference on Uniform State Laws as associate members\n\nor as life members shall be honorary members of said committee, and\n\nshall be authorized to participate in the performance of its duties.\n\nCommissioners and honorary members of the committee shall receive no\n\ncompensation for their services, except as other State officials and\n\nemployees are reimbursed, for all necessary and proper expenses\n\nincurred in performing their duties, including attendance at\n\nmeetings of the National Conference on Uniform State Laws, which\n\nreimbursement shall be made out of the funds provided for the\n\nexpenses of the office of the Governor.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0befaf5ce3dedf9f5294a6fe54d43e0d2ce5f21ac19e3481b2750ddfec573968","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-472","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-474"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
