Stat. tit. 74, § 74-477","heading":"Continuation of payment of expenses - Vacancies","body":"Any person who attains the status of honorary or lifetime member\n\nof the National Conference on Uniform State Laws shall continue to\n\nbe recognized as a commissioner of the State of Oklahoma with full\n\npower to represent the State of Oklahoma in all votes and other\n\nproceedings of the Conference in addition to the three whose\n\nappointment is otherwise provided by law and shall continue to\n\nreceive reimbursement for all necessary and proper expenses incurred\n\nin the performance of his duties as such official commissioner of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma of the National Conference of Commissioners on\n\nUniform State Laws, including attendance at meetings at the National\n\nConference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws which\n\nreimbursement shall be paid out of the funds provided for the\n\nexpenses of the Office of the Governor. Upon such elevation to\n\nlifetime membership status of any of the official commissioners of\n\nOklahoma in the National Conference on Uniform State Laws there\n\nshall be deemed a vacancy in the three regular memberships provided\n\nby Title 74, Oklahoma Statutes 1961, Section 471, and the Governor\n\nis hereby authorized to fill such vacancies as and in the manner\n\nprovided by law.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1439912efbd37f0190eeafcbcdc9a590ed2411af7f88567d1a4019773d2d7527","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-476","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-480"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
