The Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations shall\n\nissue reports of its findings and recommendations from time to time\n\nand shall issue an annual report on its work. Copies of the annual\n\nreport shall be submitted to the Governor, the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.\n\nB. The Committee shall report to the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and President Pro Tempore of the Senate on or before\n\nthe first day of the 1990 regular session of the Legislature\n\nregarding the work of the Committee.
