The Oklahoma Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental\n\nRelations shall take appropriate measures to study future federal\n\nrulemaking actions, to communicate its concerns and to make\n\nrecommendations to the federal government regarding future\n\nregulatory activities of federal agencies that will affect the State\n\nof Oklahoma.\n\nB. The cabinet secretaries appointed by the Governor pursuant\n\nto Section 10.3 of this title shall review the annual Unified\n\nRegulatory Agenda published pursuant to the federal Executive Order\n\nNo. 12875 and make appropriate comments and recommendations\n\nregarding proposed regulatory actions within their cabinet\n\nresponsibilities to the Oklahoma Advisory Committee on\n\nIntergovernmental Relations. The cabinet secretaries may also make\n\nrecommendations to said committee regarding federal regulatory\n\nactions that should be prepared using a negotiated rulemaking\n\nprocess.\n\nC.
