Reimbursement for automobiles rented within this state from\n\ncar rental agencies or private parties, to be used in lieu of a\n\nprivately owned vehicle on official business for the state, shall\n\nnot exceed the rate provided for the use of a privately owned\n\nautomobile.\n\nB.
