Stat. tit. 74, § 74-500.54","heading":"Requisition - Competitive bids","body":"Any agency transferring an employee who comes under the\n\nprovisions of Sections 500.51 through 500.55 of this title shall\n\nforward to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services a\n\nrequisition requesting that the household goods and manufactured\n\nhome of the employee be moved at state expense. Upon receipt of\n\nsaid requisition the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nshall obtain bids from carriers registered and approved by the\n\nCorporation Commission.
