Except as provided for in subsection B of this section, all\n\nprograms and divisions of the Department of Economic and Community\n\nAffairs not specifically transferred pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce.\n\nB.
