Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5003.10a","heading":"Termination of office outside state","body":"\n\nAn office established by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce\n\noutside the State of Oklahoma pursuant to paragraph 16 of Section\n\n5003.10 of this title shall not be terminated until the Chief\n\nExecutive Officer of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce provides a\n\nwritten report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate of the\n\nintent of the Chief Executive Officer to terminate the office.\n\nTermination of the office pursuant to this section shall not occur\n\nearlier than sixty (60) days following the date the report is filed\n\nas provided in this section.
