Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5003.10h","heading":"Promulgation of rules","body":"OCAST shall promulgate rules to enforce the provisions of the\n\nResearch and Development Attraction Program, including the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. The application process for applying for matching funds;\n\n2. The criteria to be used by OCAST to evaluate matching funds\n\napplications from Oklahoma-based small businesses and to determine\n\nthe amount of the award;\n\n3. OCAST shall include in its annual report the evaluation\n\nmetrics which will be gathered to report efficacy of this Program\n\nback to the State of Oklahoma, which may include, but will not be\n\nlimited to, volume of applications, technological diversity of\n\ncompanies taking up the Program, the success of Oklahoma-based small\n\nbusinesses at raising follow-on capital rounds or advancing in\n\ntechnological readiness level (TRL), and follow-on capital spent in\n\nthe state and at Oklahoma-based research entities; and\n\n4.
