The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall provide direction\n\nand assistance to private for-profit business entities, community-\n\nowned business entities, and governmental entities which are engaged\n\nin an activity related to the processing of Eastern Red Cedar trees\n\nand products or processes related to the Eastern Red Cedar tree on\n\nthe steps necessary to qualify for and access existing economic and\n\ntax incentives. The Department shall work with the Eastern Red\n\nCedar Registry Board created in Section 4 of this act to identify\n\nviable programs that can provide or create opportunities for\n\nbusiness or governmental entities involved in an activity related to\n\nthe processing of Eastern Red Cedar trees and products or processes\n\nrelated to the Eastern Red Cedar tree.\n\nB.
