Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5003.4","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Act:\n\n1. “Board” means the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Board\n\ncreated in Section 4 of this act;\n\n2. “Chief Executive Officer” means the Chief Executive Officer\n\nof the Oklahoma Department of Commerce;\n\n3. “Committee” means the Legislative Evaluation and Development\n\nCommittee as created in Section 5090.1 of this title;\n\n4. “Department” means the Oklahoma Department of Commerce;\n\n5. “Enterprise” means a firm with its principal place of\n\nbusiness in Oklahoma;\n\n6. “Economic Information System” means a comprehensive\n\nstatewide data collection, analysis and distribution system which\n\nmakes available current and thorough information on Oklahoma\n\neconomic trends and future Oklahoma economic opportunities to\n\ncommunities, firms, farms and individuals in the state; firms and\n\nindividuals outside the state considering location in Oklahoma; and\n\nOklahoma Futures, the Governor, the Legislature and all other state\n\nagencies and institutions; and\n\n7. “Economic Innovation System” means a decentralized statewide\n\nsystem that responsively and innovatively coordinates technical\n\nassistance, grant and loan programs with local, state, federal and\n\nprivate sector activities into a single statewide Economic\n\nInnovation System.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"772b0f210c5d370a4c91ee326443ba78b22d4a564c2bacfc84112fdfff17e030","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5003.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5003.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
