Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5003.8","heading":"Annual report","body":"In order to ensure that the Oklahoma Department of Commerce is\n\neffectively implementing its mission, purpose and objectives, the\n\nDepartment shall publish an annual report setting forth in detail\n\nthe operations and programs conducted by it pursuant to this act or\n\nto other legislation. The report shall review both statewide\n\nprogress and departmental progress according to several measures\n\nincluding objective measures listed in the Department's five-year\n\nplan. The Department shall present this report to the Governor and\n\nthe Legislature. The annual report shall specifically account for\n\nways in which the needs, mission and programs of the Department\n\ndescribed in this act have been carried out and recommendations\n\nshall specifically note what changes in the activities of the\n\nDepartment and the programs it administers and of state government\n\nare necessary to better address the mission described in this act.\n\nThe Department shall distribute its annual report by such means that\n\nwill make it widely available to communities, firms and local\n\neconomic development managers throughout this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9048248fc9f0aea64dad59ea6a7deae2f1734a53baf8ba111293bcba9efe6b8c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5003.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5003.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
