Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5003.9","heading":"Program performance review - Report","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall submit to the\n\nLegislature performance review information for the programs it\n\noperates or funds. This information shall be compiled into a report\n\nthat shall be submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate,\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Chairman of the\n\nSenate Appropriations Committee and the Chairman of the House of\n\nRepresentatives Appropriations and Budget Committee by February 1 of\n\neach year. The report shall be designed to assist the appropriation\n\ncommittees in determining funding priorities and should provide the\n\nbest available information regarding the effectiveness of these\n\nprograms. This report shall complement the Department's annual\n\nbudget request.\n\nThe report shall be structured so that:\n\n1. The need for the program is clearly established;\n\n2. The goals of the program are clearly defined;\n\n3. Measurable objectives are set forth;\n\n4. Actual performance data is provided and explained;\n\n5. Performance is evaluated against objectives; and\n\n6.
